My Philosophy
As a Nurse Practitioner & Health Coach, I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that. In some circumstances if I cannot provide this service to you, I have the resources to refer you.
My Experience
I have a very diverse background over 40 years. As an RN/Certified Adult Practitioner in NY state I have managed many illnesses. I have worked in step down ICU, the Operating Room as an RN. In my advanced practice role as an Adult Nurse Practitioner I have worked in Urology, Orthopedics, and in Internal Medicine. I have also taught advanced practice nursing for over 15 years at a University level. I have full prescriptive privileges including certifying my clients for medical marijuana. The many changes in health care has left so many patients with a need to know more but not knowing how to navigate the multifaceted health care system. I have helped as a health care coach for many that were left wondering what to do next , and how. I have worked as a liaison between health care providers and patients to ensure they were getting questions answered and the best standard of care. I have a passion to help and credentials that validate my ability to assist those in need.

Are you in need of a healthcare provider and your provider is not available, I can help. Are you or a loved one in a health care crisis. I can intervene to facilitate your understanding and inform you on the conditions and processes meeting the standard of care. The health care system today is multifaceted. I have worked on thousands of cases during my career all at different points.
